Orders

Everything about placing and managing your order

Simply browse our collections — Just For You, The Shelf or Aqua & Pets — add your chosen product to cart, complete checkout with your details and pay securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp message immediately after.

Orders can be modified only within 6 hours of placement provided production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at hello@csnstore.in with your order number. Once production has started no changes can be accepted.

Cancellations are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order and only if production has not commenced. Since all products are made to order production often begins quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Yes — you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. You can also contact us on WhatsApp with your order number for confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 7 working days of ordering contact us at hello@csnstore.in.

Custom & Personalised

How our personalised and made-to-order process works

Visit The Workshop page on our website and fill in the custom request form with your name, contact details, type of request and a brief description of what you need. We will get back to you within 24 hours with pricing and next steps. You can also WhatsApp us directly for quicker communication.

After submitting your custom request form simply WhatsApp your reference image to us directly. This is the fastest and most reliable way — we respond quicker on WhatsApp and you can send multiple images easily.

Custom orders typically take 5 to 10 working days depending on the complexity of the request. We will communicate the exact timeline when we confirm your custom order. Please plan ahead if you need the order by a specific date.

For certain custom orders we share a digital preview or design mockup before production begins. This depends on the complexity of the order. We will let you know during the order confirmation process whether a preview will be shared.

You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details provided. Contact us immediately at hello@csnstore.in if you notice an error. If production has not started we can make changes. Once production begins we cannot accept changes and the order will be produced as originally specified.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines, coverage and tracking information

Yes — CSNStore ships pan India to all serviceable pin codes. Delivery to certain remote areas may not be possible. You can check serviceability at checkout by entering your pin code.

After your order is dispatched estimated delivery times are: Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4 to 7 working days. Remote areas — 7 to 12 working days. Please note that all products are made to order so processing time of 3 to 7 working days applies before dispatch.

Currently CSNStore ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to offer this in the future — follow us on Instagram for updates.

CSNStore is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your delivery address, pin code and phone number before placing your order. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@csnstore.in.

The courier will typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If all attempts fail the package may be returned to us. In such cases re-delivery charges will be borne by you and we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy on damaged products and refund process

No — CSNStore maintains a strict no return policy. Since every product is made specifically to order returns for change of mind, personal preference or expectation mismatch are not accepted. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before ordering.

We're sorry to hear that. You must record a clear, uncut, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package before opening it. The video must show the sealed packaging, complete unboxing and the damaged product clearly. Report within 24 hours of delivery by sending the video and your order details to hello@csnstore.in.

We will review your submitted video and details within 3 to 5 working days. If your claim is approved we will offer either a replacement of the same product or a store credit. Cash refunds are processed only when replacement is not possible and are completed within 7 to 10 working days.

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. The only exception is if the product arrives in a damaged or broken condition as described above, or if CSNStore made an error in the personalisation details that differs from what you provided.

Payments

Accepted payment methods and transaction security

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI options. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways. CSNStore does not store any card or payment details. Your transaction is fully encrypted and secure.

First check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email. If it's not there contact us at hello@csnstore.in with your payment transaction ID and we will verify and confirm your order manually within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days of claim approval. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Products

Material, quality and what to expect from your order

All CSNStore products are made from high quality, durable polymer material. Products are designed to be long lasting, lightweight and safe for everyday use. Material finish is matte and premium — products are individually quality checked before dispatch.

Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly in shade, finish or dimensions due to the nature of the manufacturing process. We strive to ensure the closest possible match to product images. If you have specific requirements mention them in the order notes or contact us before ordering.

Currently products are available in matte white, matte black and dark grey. Available colour options are displayed on each product page. For custom orders with specific colour requirements mention them in your custom request and we will advise on availability.

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Do not submerge in water unless the product is specifically designed for aquarium use. Handle with care to avoid drops which may cause breakage.
