Returns & Refunds

Our policy on returns, refunds and damaged product claims.

Introduction

At CSNStore.in every product is made to order and crafted specifically for the individual who placed the order. Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy with the sole exception of orders that arrive in a damaged or broken condition as outlined in this policy.

No Return Policy

CSNStore.in does not accept returns under any circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Personalisation details entered incorrectly by the customer
  • Product not matching personal expectations when the product matches the website description
  • Delay in delivery beyond estimated timelines
  • Ordering the wrong variant, size or colour

We strongly encourage all customers to review product details, personalisation inputs and order information carefully before completing their purchase.

No Refund Policy

CSNStore.in does not offer refunds except in the specific case of a product arriving in a physically damaged or broken condition as described in Section 4 of this policy.

Damaged or Broken Products — Exception Policy

CSNStore.in takes quality seriously and every order is inspected before dispatch. However in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or broken the following process must be followed strictly.

1 Mandatory Unboxing Video

The customer must record a clear, uncut, uninterrupted video of the complete unboxing process starting from the sealed package before it is opened. The video must show the sealed outer packaging before opening, the complete unboxing without any cuts or pauses, and the damaged product clearly from all angles.

Videos that are edited, cut, paused, or begin after the package has already been opened will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2 Reporting Timeline

The damaged product must be reported to CSNStore.in within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours of the delivery timestamp will not be entertained.

3 How to Report

Send the unboxing video along with your full name, order number, contact number and a clear description of the damage to hello@csnstore.in or via WhatsApp.

4 Review Process

Once your claim is received CSNStore.in will review the submitted video and details within 3 to 5 working days. CSNStore.in reserves the sole right to determine whether the damage qualifies under this policy.

5 Resolution

If the claim is approved CSNStore.in will at its sole discretion offer either a replacement of the same product or a store credit equivalent to the order value. Cash refunds are processed only when a replacement is not possible and are completed within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order provided production has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at hello@csnstore.in or WhatsApp with your order number. Once production has commenced cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Personalisation Errors

If a personalisation error has been made by CSNStore.in that differs from the details provided by the customer, CSNStore.in will replace the product at no additional cost. The customer must report such errors within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Errors in personalisation details provided by the customer are not the responsibility of CSNStore.in.

Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by and compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules 2020 of India. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Indian law.
