Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which CSNStore.in processes and delivers orders placed on csnstore.in. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
Order Processing Time
All products at CSNStore.in are made to order. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Standard processing time is 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation depending on the complexity and type of product ordered. Custom and personalised orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if your order requires additional time beyond the standard processing window.
Since every product is made fresh for your order, please allow adequate processing time before dispatch. We do not maintain ready stock.
Shipping Coverage
CSNStore.in ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be possible. If your pin code is not serviceable you will be notified at the time of checkout or after order placement.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Partners
CSNStore.in uses third party courier partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart and Shiprocket network partners to fulfil deliveries. The choice of courier partner is at the sole discretion of CSNStore based on serviceability and efficiency.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4 to 7 working days
- Remote areas — 7 to 12 working days
These are estimated timelines only. CSNStore.in does not guarantee delivery within these timelines as actual delivery is subject to courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly before payment confirmation.
Shipping offers and free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the package, the package may be returned to CSNStore.in.
In such cases re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer and CSNStore.in reserves the right to deduct applicable charges before re-dispatching.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives in a physically damaged condition please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for the applicable process. If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner CSNStore.in will investigate and take appropriate action on a case by case basis.
Incorrect Address
CSNStore.in is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Please ensure your delivery address, pin code and contact number are accurate before placing your order.
