All prices displayed on csnstore.in are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. CSNStore reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order on csnstore.in you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. CSNStore.in reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. CSNStore.in accepts UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other payment methods available through Razorpay.

Custom and Personalised Orders

For custom and personalised orders the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details provided including names, photographs, text and other specifications. CSNStore.in will produce the product strictly based on the information provided by the customer.

CSNStore.in reserves the right to decline custom order requests that contain offensive, illegal, defamatory or inappropriate content. Once production of a custom order has commenced no changes to the personalisation details will be accepted.

Intellectual Property

All content on csnstore.in including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos and graphics are the intellectual property of CSNStore.in and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without prior written permission from CSNStore.in is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law CSNStore.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. CSNStore.in total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
